every time i boot up my DS One it always says 'Wait.......... save saver! Please wait'
Absolutely nothing works, the buttons don't work, the touchscreen is basically frozen.
Any suggestions to help?

I tried donig the L+R to do the self check thing and everything was fine. Does that mean its got something to do with the SD micro chip?

No !
Look at the bottom of the topic, there is probably no problem with the SC DS One and the µSD it's your DS.
It's a button who is always pushed or the touch screen with a permanent contact.
Remove the protection of the touch screen if you have one and test the R and L button (the one who have the most problems).
Try also (after of course having coping .sav on hard drive) to format your µSD and reinstall eveything.

put your microsd in your card reader go to my computer and find it in the list.
Right click on it and choose format. Choose FAT (FAT16) not FAT32.
then press start .

ERRR.... i guess i can't reformat everything and reinstall everything cause my trans-flash reader just stopped working =(

my gnm reader stoped worker then a just bashed it a couple of times and put it back in my computer and it worked?! maybe you could try it to, lol

Well, I also received this problem awhile back, and I fixed it by manually choosing the speed of the SD itself rather than using auto detect. After that I never received another problem..
