Anno Create a New World in-game problem

Hi, I have downloaded multiple anno create a new world's (EUR), but everytime I get to the 2nd chapter I need to built a diary but it never show's up. I've had that with all the Anno's I downloaded. Expect for one but with that one the treasure I had to pick up in the water never showed. So I wondered is this a problem in-game or a download problem or does the problem lies with my Supercard DS One?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
