DS Lite won't read game files of SuperCard SD
« on: July 02, 2010, 11:57:34 PM »
Hi!
First I want to say that i'm not so good at english so forgive me if my grammar is wrong or my spelling.

I have a SuperCard SD with a flash card and it worked perfect fine on my DS (the first version) and I brought a DS Lite and it won't read the game files only... other file it reads but not the game files... and I don't know what the problem..

I have search everywhere but can't find other with the same problem... and I have the last update of SuperCard patch and the fireware.. so I don't know what's the problem... it read the save files but not the game files...

I really hope someone can help me... I really want to play...!

Your old DS must have had FlashMe installed, while your new DS Lite doesn't.  You need to trick the DS into booting into DS mode from the GBA cart, which can be done with a slot-1 NoPass device (like the Superkey or PassCard 3).  Once you've done that at least once, you can install FlashMe, which is a replacement firmware that is capable of booting into DS mode from the GBA slot without a NoPass device.
