What is offlinelist and why should somebody take the time to write you a STEP-BY-STEP guide? Other people are happy with a few pointers.

Nice tutorial!  I use OfflineList a lot, but it's hard to get someone into!

The best advice I can give is to download the ADVANsCEne DAT files for Offlinelist.  Once you add the DAT files to the Offlinelist software will automatically download the latest GBA/DS/PSP list updates and cover scans.  I think you will be able to figure out the rest from there.
